Solutions Analysis
Solutions analysis is a technical way to say "problem-solving." It is figuring out what the problem is, what is needed to solve it, and setting about doing what it takes to make it go away. Sometimes it requires learning about the cause, figuring out how to describe it, and assessing whether it is a matter being some issue in the system or a problem of personalities. Whatever it is, we'll work to figure it out and see about making it go away.
Functions Calibration
Functions calibration means looking at what is going on or what is actually happening and deciding how best to make either 1) what is not working work or 2) what is working work better. Improving a system is sometimes one of the best ways to improve margins.
Concept Calibration
One situation that individuals and groups find themselves in is disagreement over what is the case, how to talk about what is the case, and how to "conceptualize" what is the case. Concept calibration is a process of figuring how an individual or a group actually thinks about a situation or a problem and then seeing if that thinking can be made to work better to facilitate some kind of more productive or peaceful activity.
Research and Reports
If you want to know about something, I can find out quite a lot about that topic, source the information, test the sources (even if you already have them), and compare the information against different or opposed points of view and prepare a quality, thorough report in plain English for you to read, listen to, or watch (text, audio, and visual reports are all within my purview).
Document Design and Prep
If you need documents to give to your partners, coworkers, employees, or volunteers, I can help prepare and produce these for you, or do it on your behalf based on your vision for what needs to be expressed.
Grant Writing
Old-fashioned grant writing. If your organization needs funding, I can assist in drafting, reviewing, or preparing grants to secure funding.
